For decades there was no (legal) alternative to 40 MHz for controlling RC submarine models. At least within EU.
Radio control systems that “transmit” at 40 MHz (35 or even 41) have not been manufactured for some time.
Fortunately, there is a frequency that also works for RC submarine models and is also legal:
868 MHz.
This frequency also allows a new feature: telemetry.
The TX16S is a real enrichment for our hobby, i.e. RC submarines.
The 4-1 version supplied by us also allows the connection of (almost) all available RC systems.
This means that RC models of all kinds can be controlled with this system.
The internal (permanently installed) 2.4 GHz transmitter module has been deactivated by us.
However, the 2.4 GHz module can be reactivated at any time and can therefore be used again for all other model types.
The RadioMaster TX16S RC transmitter offered by us is a version specially programmed by us for submarine models.
Nevertheless, it can be implemented for almost all other RC models and a wide variety of RC systems (receivers).
On the receiver side, we offer receivers with 6 and 10 channels:
- RBC6868: 6 channels and extremely compact, with telemetry (only for receiver battery)
- RBC12686-T: 12 channels with telemetry for on-board voltage (only for main battery)
